Foscam service

Due to a recent change in my garden I wanted to change the setup of one of my Foscam cameras. When i tried to change the position of the camera the bold snapped that connects the camera to the wall mount.

I mailed Foscam and explained what happened, after a couple of photo's that i send by mail they knew what part has broken en the told me they will send me a new part.

And to my surprise i received the new bold already the following day without charge, great service Foscam!
